A Meal Ingredient

ApolloFly's theme today is "a meal ingredient". This is an essential one around here.
I'm trying a new recipe tonight. Chicken in a creamy cider sauce. Of course it also contains garlic. 

On the pig front, the new trap hasn't been set yet but last night's images revealed 6 or 7 large pigs (extra) making a couple of visits and also a feral dog. 
There have been a few of the latter lurking around the last couple of weeks and are much more worrying and even more difficult to eliminate. A couple of our neighbour's visitors reported being menaced by them. The authorities are aware and hopefully can do something.
