Collaboration

Mom died in March 2002.  The year before we worked on a quilting project together.  She made traditional Cathedral Window squares and I made a collage quilt piece with free motion stitching.  It was meant to be a wall hanging but it never got completely finished.  I found it recently.  I really should finish it.  A pleasant surprise this morning…no snow!  The storm was much further south, some places getting 10-12 inches.  Feeling lucky this morning.
