Snowdrops and Winter Aconites in a huge swathe, the sunlight like a spotlight on the right. Beautiful.

Walked 5km in an hour, including some uphill. My lower back is playing up a little but I’ll get there… just have to ease off the physio exercises that exacerbate it and try something else.
