A Day in the Mountains

I heard through the grapevine that there was a hoar frost up the Cardrona Valley, so 'The Boss' from 'Tussock Tales' and I headed off for a day of photography. We drove up the Cardrona Valley, over the Crown Range to Arrowtown, then through the Kawarau Gorge, Cromwell, Tarras, then up into the mountains on Phillips Road, and back home again. This is one of the 98 photos that I took!! It is the view from Phillips Road, Tarras. It was a superb day out, beautiful and sunny.
