Storm

We had a tremendous thunderstorm this afternoon. Digger and I sheltered on the verandah. The thunder shook the house a few times. The tank overflowed, the gutters overflowed, clouds of spray blew about. Sheets of water streamed down through the yard and lakes appeared in the paddock.

When at last it was over, there was silence.
