Coke Can Stoves

The explorers made these by fitting together the cut ends of two soft drinks cans. They sealed them with superglue, then tapped in small holes around the rim to make the burner part and in the very centre where the fuel was poured in. Challenging but fun. They then balanced a pan on top and cooked pancakes… with varying success in terms of edibility!

Meanwhile I’m plodding on with the physio exercises and walking. The latter is triggering lower back pain but it will improve Charlotte says as my glutes get stronger. To be honest a lot of people couldn’t do the exercises she’s already given me for my core, so I know I’m doing well.
