Soggy Long Tailed Tit

It’s been a damp but mild day and the birds have been very busy on the garden feeders. I saw the long tailed tits on a couple of occasions, they seemed to be very soggy compared to the other species. 
We are going into town tonight to see Scottish Opera’s production of ‘Marx in London!’. One of the reviews I have read describes it as “enjoyable mayhem”, sounds right up my street! We are also going to the pre-show talk which I always find useful to find out more from members of the production team.
