Thank you, shirls, for blipping about this exhibition. I went this morning and loved it. I didn't know there was a cafe there, so that was a bonus. 

Paul's a cheery chap and has produced some iconic street art around Merseyside. 

His exhibition, In One Place, is in the Royal Liver building and is free.
