Night Falls

Evening lights come on
Darkness and gloom gone away
But no-one at home

John is away for the weekend walking in Wales. I've had lunch today with my son and done a few admin jobs in the computer. So it was a latish walk with Pepper and dark by the time we were home.  Not having taken any photographs today, I snapped this lovely cottage, as we walked past, with the lights just coming on.
In all the time I have lived here, 30+ years, I have never seen anyone living in this cottage.  It's well tended, lights come on at night, but I have no idea who owns it or could live there.
A judging session this evening but not many entries so it could be quite short.
