Valentine's pancake

Up horribly early again - it's killing me!  More progress on our air source heat pump installation today though - the two plumbers came back and started plumbing in the new water tank and radiators.  Busy work day, too - again.  They all seem to be at the moment.

I did make pancakes yesterday, but saved most of the batter for today (as Tim didn't fancy them).  We had a few after dinner - and I decided to try making a heart-shaped one too.  Bit of a lumpy heart, but it was still tasty!  This was the only nod to Valentine's today really - too tired to do anything else.  We decided we would treat ourselves to a takeaway at the weekend instead :)
