Tulips

The weekly shop today included this lovely bunch of tulips. Their lively bright colours cheered up a dull day.
It was orchid watering day, so I put them all on the kitchen draining board, fed them and filled up their containers with water and let them soak for a couple of hours. I have to mark the diary for two weeks’ time otherwise I lose track of the date. I hope by then some new flowers will be showing.
