A puncture free day, and I even managed to avoid the rain. 
There was some kind of sailing competition in the estuary but it was quite a long way off.
Extra: There were two shelduck couples who were rather noisy together (early courtship display?) but then they all seemed to turn on each other. No proper injuries I could see though.
