We got as far as the lighthouse, not even a mile, and it began to sprinkle, then get more serious, and we were drenched by the time we got back to the car. It was good to get out though, I haven’t been a good little athlete lately.

My granddaughter had her bridal shower today (Extra). As you can see from the earrings and the mug, she is soon to be Mrs. The theme for the event was “She Found Her Main Squeeze,” so I got her a lemon tree and a handheld citrus press. Don’t worry, there were plenty of scanty negligees.
