On the beach

Because one of our local churches has closed due to health and safety issues, our church service this morning was very busy, and it was difficult to get a seat.  Great to see, but sad for the people who can no longer worship in their own church, although we will make them most welcome here. 

In the afternoon we headed to Troon for a walk on the beach.  I did quite a long walk and met Bob in the cafe afterwards.  Took my photo of the beach with some people playing the French game Boule.

Home a chat with Helen before dinner.  Sadly some bad news later from Dunfermline, that John's knee is infected again and he is back in hospital with an operation planned for tomorrow.
