Lonely cloud

Blip at the end of the day (def lighter longer:)) as I had stretched my legs wandering along the beach in the sunshine and did some litter picking - mostly plastics and rope thrown up on recent spring tides....another full bag.
Yoga before that then weights and core workout and fiddled about with watercolours. Quiet Sunday.
