Rainbow at Flanders Moss

It's been a beautiful spring day!
It's our second day back staying with Sheila in Doune . Inevitably it's stressful here looking after S but trying to make changes in how we respond to the challenges of looking after an increasingly frail 96 year old and giving each other breaks.
