Crocus

A beautiful area of purple crocus which have been planted by Stratford Rotary club by the Bancroft Gardens  in Stratford to draw attention to the Polio vaccination campaign. They look stunning in such a large number. The extra explains it all. 
Polio could be eradicated. Measles nearly was but  for various reasons has re emerged in this country recently. 
Tragic
There’s a very good documentary “Journey Of My Lifetime”  by Ade Adepitan , ( the  BBC reporter affected by Polio), which is well worth seeing. Available on YouTube I think.
