Unwanted by Big Brother I decided this cast-iron casserole could be useful to me, being smaller than my big 26cm family-sized one but capacious enough for a decent serving for us with plenty of leftovers.
It's by no means new but, like most items in the house, has been cared-for well enough to cook well, as proved for our chicken tonight.
