Printing On Pumpkins

The reason for the lack of text yesterday - both of my legs need an operation.  An email was sent to the university clinic in Mainz who could carry out the operation and it would be covered by insurance.

The answer came a week after the email was sent "Dear Mr Auslaender, you can telephone us to arrange an appointment (but no-one will answer the phone).  But to let you know how seriously we take your case, the first free appointments are in November.  We look forward to never hearing from you again."

Patients make healthcare so difficult...

On the plus side, the swear box is full again.
