Brock Mill

I picked Lynne up early and drove over to Standish and met up with Anne. We walked to the Globe to do the walk with the Globe walkers. We walked 6 miles I really ached at the end. They do go at a fair lick a bit like the ramblers. I could have done with a sit half way. We walked past this derelict factory. It was a great walk and nice to be out in the fresh air with people. Needless to say I slept most of the afternoon!
