More culling - I almost made it ... just a bit left for tomorrow with fresh eyes!

Went for coffee to Black Pine and caught up with Pete.

Cooked a beautiful dinner of sous vide pheasant breast with creamed savoy cabbage and celeriac fries.
It was so nice that we also opened a bottle of wine :)
