Today my friend in Gaza, A met with the UN special coordinator for peace process and the UN humanitarian coordinator and the deputy director of UNRWA in Dier Al-Balah, central Gaza. 

After the meeting I saw the Tor Wennesland, the UN special coordinator for peace process posted on X:

“In Gaza, IDPs told me horrifying experiences of bombardment & displacement. Their despair & fear r palpable. In Rafah, ~1.4 mil. Palestinians are crammed into small areas w/ barely any resources & nowhere safe to go. A full-scale Israeli military op. there would be devastating
Operational & security challenges to entry & delivery of aid r enormous, incl. the breakdown of law & order. We must act now to save civilian lives & address the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, incl. the unconditional release of all hostages. No time to waste; Every day counts.»
