Along the boardwalk

After a very wet morning the rain cleared up just in time for The Mintster's afternoon walk at the RSPB reserve near Gartocharn.

It was, however, very windy and as we crossed the wetlands along the boardwalk, I had visions of being blown 'overboard'! The swamp did not look inviting, but phew, we both made it there and back safely ;-)

Has anyone else watched the 3-part documentary about the 'Andes Plane Crash' in 1972? It was both heart-rending and awe-inspiring, narrated 50+ years later by the survivors.
