Freeloaders.

When I queue in the Post Office at the supermarket it makes me laugh, I 99% of the time see people reading the magazines from cover to cover without buying.

You could say "Ahh there just keeping busy while the other half shops" but the fact of the matter is sadly the guy on the left (I know him, I'm aware of his work) parks his disabled wife up in the shopping arcade opposite while he reads the day away.
