Life of a bubble maker

Rugby

Took the dogs for a run with the club in the drizzle this morning at Vogrie. They had a great time but came back covered in mud, like me after Darwin pulled me over going down a slope. Dropped them off and went straight back out for a run around the roads to get some milage done. Came back for a quick shower and then headed out to Murryfield to watch the game. Scottish rugby are changing all the seating plans this year to get some more money in and they have also installed some permanent buildings around the ground for food people, including a proper Costa Coffee hut. This meant our favorite pastie stall is no longer there and has been replaced by an over priced chain pasty shop, looks like I’ll need to make sure I eat before going to the ground now. Game was good and we seemed to get away with a few things in the first half. This then came to bite us at the end of the second half when we were robbed of a winning try. Great atmosphere again with the French crowd and there were handshakes at the end of the game with the French supporters around us. Went to take our cups back to get the deposit back on them only to be faced with another money making scheme whereby you can only take back 6 cups per person which doesn’t make sense as they have to pay for each refund transaction. Can only assume they are trying to make it as difficult to take them back as possible to make money and sod the environment. Walked back with JD but the pubs were rammed so he went back instead of getting another drink. Ordered in Chinese for dinner and watched the Martian with J.
