Nef

Despite the rainy weather I had an excellent day in London. I met old work colleagues for coffee in Aldgate, then headed west to the City/Clerkenwell border to have a good look around St Batholomew the Great, The Charterhouse and finally the Museum of the Order of St John.

All three are somewhat hidden gems, but there are some real treasures at the latter.

This is a nef (a model Ship prized as ornaments decorating the tables of kings and lords). Unfortunately I didn't photo the details and I can't find more info online.

The extra in the interior of St Bartholomew the Great.
