Tonights beers (were not nice)

I've tried quite a few "Pudding Beers" lately. Most have been delicious. These were not. We both took two sips and then ditched them. Sad times.

In other news it's park run tomorrow and I've been out running three times since last week's park run. Surely tomorrow must be a 2024 PB? 
Time will tell
