Water warriors - fearless and freezing

Temp 4C.  
 
These two water warriors, friends from Stirling, enjoy an invigorating twenty-minute dip in Cocksburn reservoir.
 
They stop to chat.
“We have been doing this for 9 years. It’s very refreshing,” they tell me.
” Yes, we sometimes must break the ice to get in.”
 
I tell them I take a cold shower every morning (as advised my Dr Michael Mosley).
 For some reason they are impressed and congratulate me.
