Cartford Hotel Little Eccleston

A different day. Early walk then headed west to the most northerly point of my patch. The area around the back of the Cartford Hotel feels like you are in France. Lots of art and places to sit with beautiful views over the River Wyre to the north. Inside was equally lovely. I was presented with a coffee while I rewrote the description of works. Then onto Thistleton. I inspected an Ash I protected in 1991. It’s got to be felled but has to be replaced. Hairdressers this afternoon. I look smart for a few days.
