The Charlie blip!

This is Charlie! He has been in my blips before. He lives across the street and he came by with his parents who are hoping to make this their new home. We are in negotiations and all is looking positive for more "new beginnings" for us all! While mommy and daddy took measurements and toured around the house, I got to play with Charlie, so of course he became the subject of today's blip. These future plans are bittersweet, but will be a truly big step in our lives!

Today, the weather could not make up its mind again. Sun, clouds, rain. Repeat 3 times!
