What century?

I rather think this is early 16th Century, but muddlingly there are two patterns going on here.  The other is 17th Century, according to my leaflet.

Anyway, met Little Sis for coffee this morning and we wandered into this place.  It's a moderate bakery with a coffee shop upstairs.  Never been there before, but if I wasn't blown away with the coffee, I was with this!
