Sourdough

Baked this morning, I have been trying to prepare my starter  in a different way and this time it really worked very well probably the best loaf I have baked
Went to the supermarket for a few bits then went for a walk to the end of the road
Then continued with the organ pipes still a few bits to do to finish this stage 
At 4pm I joined the organ constructors zoom meeting always interesting not all about organs but good to check on progress.
Thats it for today the only photo today is a phone shot of the bread
Frost this morning then mostly sunny and cool all day
