Trysting

We headed over to Crief this morning with other members of the Tryst Walking Group (our local one) - ten of us plus one dog in total.  We did the Lady Mary's Walk & Laggan Hill circular  but in reverse. It was a lovely day to be out walking and nice to do so in an area I am not familar with.

The walk took us through woods, up Laggan Hill (although up is a bit of a misnomer as we didn't climb very high at all but were rewarded with fine views of Crieff none the less and then along the banks of the River Earn.

These tree trunks really caught my eye - it looks like they fused half way up and then separated again.

We then headed over to Dunblane to meet R for coffee and cake and walk around the town. It was really nice to see here.

We got back half way through the first half of the rugby and T made a beeline to TV to watch the rest. A had got last minute tickets and was at the game itself which she really enjoyed.
