Pleach

Our walk through the nature reserve had been wet with many pools of icy water beside the path.  Marl Loch was very much higher than we have ever seen it and large areas of the enclosures where the sheep graze in winter were covered in water. (Extra)   On Aberlady Bay beach there was evidence of recent storms but the sea was very calm with the incoming tide lapping gently on the shore. It felt warm in the sunshine with hardly any wind but by the time we reached home it was completely cloudy.
