Australia Final Day - Auction

We went for breakfast, then went along to a house auction near our friends house. The Extras are of the plans and promo photos. The upstairs was in my opinion a bit of a planning mess. The main selling point was the tennis court. 

The chap in the hat started the bidding at AUS5 million, the couple to the right then joined in. At 5.490m it paused, then a Chinese family bid AUS5.5 million…sold.
