Sichuan Pepper Oil

Tried a different method with our green sichuan peppers.  It was fun!  First i heated the peppers to get aromatics, then put them aside. Heated olive oil. As oil was heating I put the peppers into a jar then added the heated oil. The peppers started jumping.  It's now cooled and I did a little taste test!  Very yum!
