South Africa....we've arrived!

Look how close we were....and this was just our first safari drive which we had almost as soon as we arrived at the lodge.  Lots more animal tracking to come in the next few days. 

We are exhausted...an overnight flight from London to Johannesburg, then a 6 hour car journey to our lodge for the week. Still settling in and pretty tired.  So we skipped this morning's drive which starts at 5.30am in order to sleep in a few hours extra.  Unfortunately the room numbers were confused and we got the 2 wake up calls meant for our friends! Grrr!
