Birthday party at the Welsh Wildlife Centre. I made strawberry butterfly cakes and my co-grandmother made a splendid owl cake; father made pizzas in a portable oven, faces were painted and balloons were tossed. The sun came out and there was lots of running around.

No wild life was harmed, not even the human variety.
