Scarpigarth

A beautiful sunny morning, calm too.  A cold breeze in the afternoon, and some unexpected showers. A calm and clear evening. 

Up early, washing out after breakfast.  Headed out walkies with Sammy.  Cleaning chores done before lunch.  Picked up friend Julie in the afternoon, we headed out west with the dogs.  Working in the shop this evening, a fairly quiet night, but plenty to keep me busy.  Walkies with Sammy again, now feet up.  Mam has fairly perked up today, much better after Friday night.  

I'm sure the forecast didn't have any showers for today, but there you go, afternoon walkies were out on hold until it started to clear.  Once out for a walk, the breeze was cold, and always a threat from the clouds passing over, but we managed a decent walk and stayed dry.  We tried a bit of off road walkies, but the ground is still saturated, not ideal for the dogs.  Clouds passing over the old Scarpigarth croft house, Annifirth, Mid Waas (Walls).
