When only one person will do

Ruaridh was one this week. Lindsay and Ali had a special celebration and we all went across to eat, drink, and be merry. He seemed to enjoy his day, sitting quite happily on the carpet, chewing his way through various toys. There was just one moment, when a little tired, he wanted the familiar warmth and smell of mum.
