Five a.m. and it's real bread

One of the highlights of my holiday was the invitation to spend some hours in Kru??i? bakery in Split. I got up at 5 am an observed and helped a little as they made a huge range of breads. These are sweet ones, just being finished off with butter.

I came away with new knowledge, and some very tasty samples!
