Mount Fuji Cherry" a dwarf cherry early flowering in late winter, but not many flowers this year. May be pigeon damage. Been watching the Woodpigeons eating buds on Honeysuckle and climbing Hydrangea in a neighbour's garden. So I spent an hour setting up net and swinging CDs to stop them eating my plum blossom as they did last year.
