Sunrise

This was definitely the best part of the day, 7am this morning!! It's a rare occurrence having a blip sorted so early in the day. More of the same at work today but did actually speak to someone so an improvement on yesterday. And I managed to arrange an appointment with a mortgage adviser, after 20minutes in the phone, giving up and then using their online chat function which took another 20-30 minutes. Just to arrange an appointment! At one point they were trying to give me a branch appointment, I don't t even know where my nearest one is these days. Just got to work the online portal to upload my documents next!!!
