So Week 2 at Tone Zone Runners.
Choose group by mileage and parkrun time..
I was fastest in group. They were stopping alot, i was advised run on loop back, which is fine if you know where you are...
N ran with 5 mile group and there were much faster..It really helps mid week to  real week up.
Passed Butlins and along the sea front
