Cinnamon buns rising

I decided to make these for the clinic because tomorrow is my last day (again) ( no , really! ). Unfortunately even though I started these first and thought I had timed dinner around this well…. I broke my glass measuring cup just as the dough was doubled and the Alfredo sauce for the tortellini was starting to to thicken . It took long enough for that mess to get cleaned up that the prosciutto stuffed pork tenderloin was done just as I was rolling out the dough to stuff for the cinnamon rolls and still had parmesan to add to the Alfredo the tortellini to cook and the broccoli to throw in the microwave. Typical dinner night Late as usual .But apparently ok!
