Parking problems

This colourful haired lady is a frequent, possibly daily, visitor to an outdoor table at Cafe Nero, where she enjoys a couple of smokes with a cuppa. Her need for tobacco and caffeine is so great She abandons her car where she can! In todays blip I snapped her returning to her illegally parked vehicle.
