Unlock the World

A spot of colour on hoardings surrounding a building site at the edge of Stowmarket Recreation Ground, on an otherwise very grey and wet day when I took S for a short walk while P was having his routine check-up with the optician. The mural is part of a community art project - the ideas for this section were suggested by local school children and incorporated into the final design by artist Stella Davis. Further along the mural dealt with environmental issues, while a section of the hoardings running at right angles to this featured more modern-looking street-art as it approached the skate park area - maybe the subject for a future Blip??
