Boat Crossing

This morning I took the boat over the lake to Evian. As you can see, the weather was glorious coming back. We can see Lausanne in the distance.  I did some practical things for Jean like shopping, paperwork. etc.  He gets a lot of help during the week and the cleaning lady arrived as I left.

Le Penseur (The Thinker), made from driftwood with a wink to the famous statue by artist/sculpteur, Auguste Renoir. I saw the beautiful original in the Rodin Museum in Paris.
