Notes: Another day of low energy and manageable exhaustion. Around 10a, decided to run to Food Patch for a few more things - noticed the sand in my floor mat meaning I've been to the beach recently (twice this week)! Mostly cloudy all day, took a nap late morning and then walked over to the pool and sat outside for a few min. Showered and ate then, watched videos, day just kind of slid by. Quiet evening.
