Bus Pass Adventure With A Difference

We made it home today, on a slightly different bus pass adventure. It was necessary because the trains I’d originally booked weren’t running because of the strike. We knew this in advance but rather than cancel our trip, I persuaded Mr PB that we could bus pass our way home. I think he was impressed that we managed to get seamlessly from Harrogate to Leeds and onward to Wakefield and Barnsley. We had a bit of a wait in Barnsley for a bus to Sheffield,, but that was handy for a comfort break and some lunchtime refreshment.
